We may be able to find you tenants at no extra cost you yourself.
Our fee for finding tenants is 3.5% of the total contracted rental income. This is only due if we are successful and there are no extra setup costs. Quite often we find that this fee can be integrated into a tenants contract, in effect leaving you with nothing extra to pay us for finding you tenants.

Our lettings service includes us taking an initial look at your property and contract and clearly explaining how you can get the most from your property investment.
We wright a description of your property that includes the services that are provided and details of it’s location in relation to places of student interest. We take pictures and your house inside and out so prospective tenants know what to expect before they get intouch. We will then use this information when we advertise your property across multiple websites and other sources.
We keep up with the most effective new media advertising and promotion methods and will always utilise the latest technology to achieve a quick take up of potential tenants.
We arrange escorted viewings of your property for prospective tenants throughout the day and evening, together with answering any questions they may have.
On approval, we will provide you with tenants and a signed contract and the rest is up to you.
