We may be able to find you tenants at no extra cost you yourself.
Our fee for finding tenants is 3.5% of the total contracted rental income. This is only due if we are successful and there are no extra setup costs. Quite often we find that this fee can be integrated into a tenants contract, in effect leaving you with nothing extra to pay us for finding you tenants.
